The parcel has arrived



Karrin Hurd was my swap partner and she mailed my today and told that she has unwraped here gifts. So here you can see what I made for my Stitching Angel partner

My swap partner is Daisy Jayne, Marcia


All the way from South Australia these lovely wrap parcel arrived my mailbox today. The lovely woman that made this for me is my Secret Angle Marcia over at Daisy Jayne blog.
You know I stop up already with the paper the parcel was wrapped in…

Look it can be a beautiful quilt pattern…. And Marcia I already have your blog as a feeder and had left a comment on your blog about your parcel leaving your home LOL

I don’t know where to start unwrapping….

this is like early Christmastime….

I made a mosaic of all my parcels….enjoy them with me….

Some many thanks to you Marcia for all the time you used for me and every stitch you made.

This was more than I expected to land in my mailbox.

Stitchers Angel Swap





My swap is finished and going in the mailbox today.


I have had fun making these things hoping my partner going to like them......Thats kind of scary ..... but we hope for the best. I'm leaving now for the post office sending the parcel over sea....Whom are still waiting for a swap......to arrive in their snailmail.....I DO LOL

My Bags swap has arrived

My bag from Linda’s bag swap arrived when I was on my quilt trip to Alzas in France.

And out came this beautiful big bag for ME from Linda

The postman left a letter for me in my snail mail since I was not at home when the parcel arrived. I had been home for nearly an hour, before I had to rush to the store to pick up my parcel. I was so curious to who my secret partner was and what she had made for me…..And I was so happy….First I got a big bag, then it had this lovely stitchery with these hanging threes I just adore and…..what some fabulous color in fabric and…..there where this magazine, and paper blocks….and…..Linda was my partner .The mother of the swap! I just feel all your prayers in every stitch Linda. Thanks a lot.

Thank you so much Linda. Your handwork is so nice and well done! I don’t find the right words to say…. But wow I am HAPPY. My first swap ever and I was so exciting waiting for my parcel.

Bag swap




Back from Turkey brown and happy. Got my husbond back a week later than us.... He fell and broke a rib He had to stay in hosital in Turkey for 3,5 days. Now we are telling funny stories, because he cannot laugfh. He is more black than brown! He had one more week in the sun. So today I had time to sew and blog again.

Yes, I am finished with my bag swap in time.I laid my last hand on the zipperbag today. Tomorrow it will go with the mail over seas....happely landing in someones mailbox. I hope the lucky one will like it. I have had her in my thoughts all the time. I learned about her from her blog. My friend I really hope you like the teaddies. The bag grows if you needed it on your shopping round :-) The pattern are from here Kari
